Privacy Policy

Aucianza is preparing to launch. This page explains what limited information we collect while you visit our coming soon site, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We keep this simple and collect only what we need.
Information we collect
- Your email address, only if you choose to enter it in the “Get early access” form, so we can notify you when Aucianza launches.
- Basic visit analytics. When you open the page we automatically record your IP address, an approximate city derived from it, and the date and time. This helps us understand how much interest the launch is generating.
How we use it
- To email you once, at launch, if you signed up. We will not spam you, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
- To produce simple, aggregate visitor counts for our own records. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or third party tracking cookies. We use only two strictly necessary items, both cleared when you close the tab:
- A single flag in your browser’s session storage, so a single visit is not counted more than once.
- A short-lived security cookie (
acz_csrf) that protects the signup form against cross-site request forgery. It contains only a random value, is not used to track you, and is never shared.
Third parties
To turn an IP address into an approximate city, our server sends the IP address to ip-api.com, a geolocation service, which returns a city name. No other data is shared, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your signup email is sent to and stored on our own hosting only.
Data retention & your rights
We keep this information only while it is useful for the launch. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Just email us and we will action it promptly.
